HELP + DATA 2
This C-COTT™ a la carte option combines BOTH the HELP DESK and DATA VALIDATION customer support options for the coach who is pursuing any ICF credential level. In addition to 3 months of customer support for periodic questions regarding input requirements and/or issues, prior to formal ICF submission, TIME TO TRANSFORM™ will review the coach's C-COTT™ tool to ensure the data input accuracy of the documented hours of coaching. Because each ICF level has significantly different volume of required hours, the time it will take to review the input is also significantly different; thus, the different price points.
TIME TO TRANSFORM (T2T)™ agrees not to disclose any confidential information contained in the C-COTT™ tool. Once the data validation project is completed, T2T™ will never keep a copy and will delete all documentation after the coach and T2T™ have reviewed the final outcome. At that point, the coach will be accountable to maintain the information / documents.
