ABOUT TRACEY
CHANGE IS IN MY DNA
Growing up in a military family, I learned to assimilate at an early age. In fact, my entire life has been a “dance” of changes - and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. I have loved and learned from all of my successes and challenges!
Despite the variety of change in my life, there has always been one constant -- my deep passion for leading and supporting people through change. It is my sweet spot, my skill, my gift. Processes and technologies come and go, but capturing and sustaining the hearts and minds of people is the holy grail of lasting success.
A majority of my work life has centered on first-of-a-kind or one-of-a-kind opportunities. I love creating systems and processes to streamline chaos, engaging teams to pull together, and supporting individuals as they reach for their goals.
Change is not easy, popular or comfortable for many people. It takes serious thought, planning, buy in, the right approach, and the right support to make successful, sustainable change happen. Leveraging my real-world experience with my certified training, I enable companies, teams and individuals in achieving lasting transformational change through a customized approach of both consulting and coaching.
